Inauguration was held on 3 February 1998 by tokhilal borthakur (national secretary district education office-Brahmanbaria), that time headmaster was Rajen Tagore. In 2001, students representing the school took part in the Bangabandhu Cynetr Committee—CRGE level exam and won 1st place. In 2009, there was an upgrade to the secondary (Class 9) level which was inaugurated by suhas Chatterjee, then director district education office Brahmanbaria.
